Condensing Unit

Product Overview

JL Marine condensing units are engineered for marine and offshore HVAC and refrigeration applications, using premium components selected to perform reliably in demanding saltwater and offshore operating conditions.

Each unit is mounted on a heavy-duty skid and supplied as a factory-assembled package that typically includes compressors, drive motors, oil separation equipment, condensers, filter driers, and associated piping and electrical systems. All internal piping and wiring are completed and tested prior to shipment, minimizing installation time and reducing on-site labor requirements.

The systems can be equipped with compressors from internationally recognized manufacturers such as Bitzer, Carrier, Bock, or equivalent approved brands. Condenser options include shell-and-tube heat exchangers designed for seawater or freshwater service, as well as remote air-cooled condensers.

Provision Refrigeration Condensing Units

JL Marine provision refrigeration condensing units are specially developed for cold rooms and freezer rooms onboard marine and offshore facilities. These systems may be configured with seawater-cooled, freshwater-cooled, or air-cooled condensers and are commonly arranged with two independent compressor/condenser sets, each rated at 100% capacity. One set operates under normal conditions, while the second serves as a standby unit to ensure redundancy and operational continuity.
